What your dollars support

Our Sherwood PTA is dedicated in creating a positive school climate, where families are welcome, students and teachers feel supported, respected and safe. We do this by fostering an involved culture with events and activities that encourage teamwork and good character. We show our appreciation to our teachers and staff, so they enjoy coming to work. We offer mini-grants and incentives to help offset the extra expenses needed for classroom supplies or projects that are not covered by the school's budget. 

No one wants to imagine an elementary experience without Fall Harvest, Fun  Night, Holiday Parties, Breakfasts with Mom or Dad, Lunch with  Grandparents, Field Trips or Field Day! It's important to our Sherwood  PTA community to continually provide these opportunities to expand our 'real-life' social networks and horizons. You can help by joining our PTA, volunteering your time, and helping us to raise  funds by clipping Box Tops, making charitable donations, and fundraising. 

To meet our proposed budget for the 2018-2019 school year, we will need to raise approximately $22,000
